2.Single Tab End Fastener Clips  

A variation on the standard clip with a single engagement tab rather than a double. Useful where access to the T-slot is limited or where the connection point sits close to a corner or adjoining component. Available in 10, 15, 25 and 40 Series.  

3.Double End Fastener Clips  

Designed for connections that need extra pull strength. The double tab design increases the contact area with the T-slot, distributing the load more evenly across the joint. A good choice for heavier builds or anywhere the connection will take repeated stress. Available in 10 and 15 Series, and as standalone double end fasteners in 1/4-20, 5/16-18, M6 and M8.  

4.T-Nuts for End Fastener Connections  

End fastener clips work alongside T-nuts that run in the profile channel — used to anchor bolts, attach accessories, or hold components in position along the length of the frame. The range includes several variants worth knowing:

  • Roll-in T nuts with spring ball use a spring-loaded mechanism to hold position in the channel before the bolt is tightened — useful for overhead or vertical builds where gravity would otherwise shift loose hardware during assembly
